By public transport

Recommended
  • Train: Etterbeek station. Walk down Pleinlaan to entrance 13 (about 5–10 minutes).
  • Tram 7 or 25: stop “VUB” or “Etterbeek Gare”.
  • Metro line 5: Pétillon, Hankar or Delta, then a 10–15 minute walk.

By car

  • Enter the campus via entrance 6 or 8 and take a ticket at the barrier.
  • Park in the paid visitor car parks, then walk west along the campus road to Building Q (about 5–10 minutes).
  • First 3 hours free, then €1/hour (maximum €15/day).
  • Pay when leaving at exits 6, 7 or 8, by contactless card or the Xparc app. No cash.

Approximately €3 for the whole evening. Keep your ticket (lost ticket: €50).

On campus

The last few steps.

Enter the campus.

On foot: enter at entrance 13.
From the car park: follow the southern campus road west.

Look for Aula Q.

Find Building Q (Aula Q), next to buildings D and E.

Go around to the back.

The Nelson Mandela Hall entrance is at street level, at the back of Aula Q.

Allow a little extra time. Parts of campus are under construction. The MazeMap app can guide you to the hall.
